I'm Alejandro Martínez
I have over ten years of experience in talent acquisition and strategy, both at an agency and independently. During this time, I have managed numerous recruitment processes for key positions in areas such as Finance, Sales, Go-To-Market, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Data, and Technology.
I have collaborated directly with hiring managers, directors, and executive profiles in companies such as: Adevinta, Klarna, Kantox, ElevenLabs and various investment funds. This constant exposure to real-world processes has allowed me to understand how hiring decisions are made from the inside.
I know what really matters in a candidacy, what signals generate confidence, what mistakes rule out profiles, and what factors make the difference when two candidates compete for the same position.
My academic background is linked to Finance and Marketing, and I have complemented it with training in Coaching and Psychotherapy, which allows me to integrate strategic vision with a deep understanding of professional behavior.
